Can you explain the keys they need to press to take a screenshot? If they're on another computer, you can ask them to try different key combinations to take a screenshot. If you use the same brand of computers as your website visitors and speak the same language as you, that should be easy. On others, you have to press the `alt` and `prt sc` buttons. On some, you have to press the `fn` key and the `ready sc` key to take a screenshot.
On some computers, you must press the `ctrl button and the `prt sc` button. Not every computer or laptop follows the same set of instructions for screen printing. But here you are most likely to run into another problem that your visitors don't know how to take screenshots to email you. In such cases, your best option is to ask your visitors to take a screenshot of your website and email it to you. Plus, you don't want to disappoint and lose your potential customers. Now you are facing a real problem for which you do not have a ready solution. But what if the visitor doesn't understand your question or speaks in a different language. Your first course of action should be to try to figure out the problem by asking website visitors. Or a website function doesn't render the page it's supposed to display. As a site manager, you may receive complaints from customers that there is a problem with your website and they believe the site has been affected by malware or viruses, or that they have been attacked. But it is completely different for visitors to take screenshots of the website. You may even know how to take screenshots on smartphones and tablets. If you are computer savvy, you know how to take screenshots displayed on your personal computer.
